Welcome to Tap Ants, operated by Ants Global Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Tap Ants gaming platform, including our website, Telegram mini-app, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
1.1 Age Requirement – You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to register for an account.
1.2 Account Creation & Verification – Players must register using a valid email address. The email will be used for:
- Account authentication & security measures.
- Platform updates, promotions, and exclusive product/service deals.
- Important notifications related to account management.
1.3 Account Security – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Tap Ants is not liable for unauthorized access due to lost or shared credentials.
1.4 One Account Policy – Users may only create and maintain one account unless otherwise authorized by the Company.
1.5 Account Termination by User – Users may delete their account by contacting support. Certain data may be retained for legal or operational reasons.
2. Collection & Use of Email Addresses
2.1 Purpose of Email Collection – Tap Ants collects and stores email addresses to:
- Ensure secure account verification and prevent fraud.
- Provide important game updates, airdrop notifications, and marketing offers tailored to the community.
- Facilitate customer support and account recovery processes.
2.2 No Third-Party Sales – Tap Ants will never sell, rent, or share player email addresses with any third party.
2.3 User Control & Opt-Out – Players can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. However, essential account-related communications (e.g., security alerts, transaction confirmations) cannot be opted out of.
3. Gameplay & Virtual Assets
3.1 Tapping Mechanics & Rewards – Tap Ants provides a tap-to-earn experience where players earn rewards through gameplay, participation in daily missions, and other interactive engagements.
3.2 Non-Monetary Virtual Assets – In-game Tapping Points (TP), boosts, items, and collectibles have no real-world monetary value and are intended solely for gameplay use.
3.3 Peer-to-Peer Marketplace (Future Feature) – The Platform may introduce a player-driven marketplace where users can trade virtual assets. Additional terms will apply upon launch.
4. Premium In-Game Purchases & Payments
4.1 In-Game Purchases – Tap Ants offers premium in-game items, upgrades, and digital goods, which can be purchased using:
- Fiat currency (credit/debit cards) via Stripe.
- Tap Ants tokens ($ANTS) (when launched).
4.2 Third-Party Payment Processing –
- All credit card transactions are processed exclusively through Stripe (or other third-party processors).
- Tap Ants does not store, process, or have access to users' credit card details. All transactions are handled on Stripe's secure platform.
- By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
4.3 Refunds & Cancellations – All sales of virtual items, boosts, or in-game upgrades are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
5.1 Fair Play Policy – Users must play fairly and refrain from:
- Using bots, automated scripts, or software exploits.
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of gaming advantages.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as manipulating referrals.
5.2 Content Restrictions – Users may not post or share:
- Harassing, threatening, or discriminatory content.
- Any form of explicit, illegal, or offensive material.
- Unauthorized promotional or commercial content.
6. Airdrops & Rewards
6.1 Eligibility & Reward Distribution – Players can earn airdrops through gameplay, daily missions, and promotional events. Airdrops may be subject to:
- Regional restrictions and regulatory compliance.
- Verification requirements, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
6.2 No Guarantee of Future Rewards – Participation does not guarantee specific rewards, as airdrops are subject to availability and project partnerships.
7. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
7.1 Ownership – Tap Ants retains all intellectual property rights in its platform, including graphics, text, branding, and game mechanics.
7.2 User-Generated Content – Players grant Tap Ants a non-exclusive license to use any user-generated content (e.g., referrals, reviews, or testimonials).
8. Third-Party Services & Links
8.1 Tap Ants integrates third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, Telegram for login). We are not responsible for external service disruptions.
9. Google OAuth and Third-Party Authentication
9.1 Use of Google OAuth Sign-In
- Tap Ants provides users with the option to sign in using Google OAuth authentication. By choosing this method, you grant Tap Ants access to your Google account's basic profile information, such as your email address, for the sole purpose of account verification and login.
- Tap Ants does not store or have access to your Google account password and relies entirely on Google's authentication system to confirm user identity.
9.2 Compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy
- Tap Ants adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, ensuring that all collected user information is used solely for authentication, account management, and internal services necessary for platform functionality.
- Tap Ants does not share, sell, or misuse OAuth authentication data in violation of Google's guidelines.
9.3 User Responsibilities & Security
- If you use Google OAuth to sign in, you are responsible for safeguarding your Google account credentials and ensuring that unauthorized persons do not access your Tap Ants account.
- Tap Ants is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised Google credentials.
9.4 Revoking Google OAuth Access
- If you wish to disconnect your Google account from Tap Ants, you may do so through your Google account settings. This will prevent Tap Ants from accessing your Google login information for future sign-ins.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
10.1 No Warranty – Tap Ants is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, functionality, or accuracy of rewards and promotions.
10.2 No Financial Advice Disclaimer – Tap Ants is a game and rewards platform, not an investment vehicle. Nothing on our platform constitutes financial advice.
11. User Responsibility & Third-Party Failures
11.1 Player-Caused Errors – Tap Ants is not responsible for issues caused by the player, including but not limited to:
- Lost credentials, forgotten passwords, or compromised accounts.
- Wallet mismanagement, lost private keys, or user errors in sending/receiving funds.
- Unintentional in-game actions or accidental purchases.
- Device malfunctions, outdated software, or incompatibility with the platform.
11.2 Network & Third-Party Service Failures – Tap Ants operates within a complex ecosystem of third-party infrastructure, including cloud services, payment processors, and external integrations. Tap Ants is not liable for:
- Server downtime or technical issues caused by third-party service providers.
- Disruptions due to network failures, ISP outages, or weak mobile signals.
- Errors or delays in transactions processed via Stripe, Telegram, or any external service.
- Bugs or unexpected behavior due to third-party software updates (e.g., Telegram mini-app changes, cloud provider outages).
11.3 Force Majeure Events – Tap Ants is not responsible for any failure to provide service due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Cyberattacks, hacks, or security breaches affecting external providers.
- Government actions, regulatory changes, or force majeure incidents.
- Technical disruptions caused by software updates outside Tap Ants' control.
11.4 Player Security Responsibility – Players are solely responsible for maintaining:
- The security of their account credentials (email, Telegram, password).
- Up-to-date software and device security to prevent unauthorized access.
- A stable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted gameplay and transactions.
12. Anti-Cheating & Fair Play Policy
12.1 Prohibited Conduct – Players must not engage in any cheating, exploitative, or deceptive behavior, including but not limited to:
- Using bots, macros, auto-clickers, or scripts to automate tapping.
- Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to exploit rewards.
- Engaging in fraudulent referrals (e.g., fake accounts, self-referrals).
- Exploiting game bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantages.
- Manipulating game mechanics to gain rewards illegitimately.
12.2 Consequences of Cheating – If a player is found to be violating any of the above rules, Tap Ants reserves the right to:
- Withhold or revoke airdrops, rewards, or any other in-game earnings.
- Cancel or suspend the player's account permanently.
- Restrict access to future contests, giveaways, or promotions.
- Take legal or technical measures to block exploitative behavior.
12.3 Fraudulent Activity & Account Termination – Tap Ants has the sole discretion to determine if a player's actions violate this Fair Play Policy. If a violation is confirmed:
- All pending rewards and earnings may be forfeited without notice.
- Repeat offenders may be permanently banned from the platform.
12.4 Reporting Cheaters – Players are encouraged to report suspicious activity or potential exploits. Verified reports may result in additional security measures being implemented.
13. Airdrop & Token Security Responsibility
13.1 Player's Responsibility for Tokens – Once an airdrop is successfully distributed to a player's designated wallet, Tap Ants is no longer responsible for its security, management, or safekeeping. Players must take full responsibility for their private keys, wallet security, and transaction management.
13.2 No Liability for Lost or Stolen Tokens – Tap Ants will not compensate, replace, or refund any tokens lost due to:
- User error, including sending tokens to the wrong wallet address.
- Loss of private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials.
- Wallet hacks, phishing attacks, or scams targeting the player.
- Exchange failures or liquidity issues affecting token value or accessibility.
13.3 No Responsibility for Network or Transmission Errors – Tap Ants is not liable for any loss or delay in airdrop transactions due to:
- Blockchain network congestion or failures.
- Smart contract execution delays or gas fee fluctuations.
- Issues with third-party wallets, bridges, or exchanges.
13.4 Best Practices for Security – Players are strongly encouraged to:
- Use secure, non-custodial wallets and store private keys safely.
- Double-check wallet addresses before submitting them for airdrops.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for all crypto-related accounts.
- Be cautious of phishing attempts, fake websites, and impersonators.
14. Fraudulent Transactions & Payment Responsibilities
14.1 Responsibility for Transactions
- Players are solely responsible for all transactions made using their account, including those made via credit cards, crypto, or in-game currencies ($ANTS tokens, Tapping Points, or other digital assets).
- Tap Ants does not process credit card transactions directly. All payments are handled by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) and are subject to their respective terms and policies.
- Tap Ants is not responsible for unauthorized purchases resulting from stolen payment credentials, compromised accounts, or unauthorized access.
14.2 Stolen Credit Cards & Chargebacks
- If a purchase is made using a stolen credit card or results in a chargeback or disputed payment, Tap Ants reserves the right to:
- Cancel the transaction and revoke any purchased in-game items, boosts, or rewards.
- Freeze or permanently terminate the player's account if fraud is suspected.
- Report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities and payment processors.
- Players agree not to dispute valid charges made on the platform. If a chargeback occurs, Tap Ants has the right to revoke access to in-game items or benefits obtained through the disputed transaction.
14.3 Cryptocurrency & Digital Asset Transactions
- Players must verify wallet addresses and payment details before completing any crypto transactions, as all crypto transactions are final and irreversible.
- Tap Ants is not liable for losses due to:
- Sending funds to the wrong wallet address or using an incompatible blockchain network.
- Market volatility, price fluctuations, or changes in token valuation.
- Gas fees, slippage, or transaction delays affecting the purchase process.
- Any fraudulent use of cryptocurrencies (e.g., stolen funds, unauthorized access, hacking, or illicit transactions) will result in account termination and potential legal action.
14.4 Use of $ANTS Tokens for In-Game Purchases
- Once $ANTS tokens are minted, players can use them for in-game transactions, purchasing items, and participating in the marketplace.
- Tap Ants does not guarantee the value of $ANTS tokens, and players assume all risks associated with token volatility.
- All $ANTS token purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
- Tap Ants reserves the right to suspend token-based purchases in cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity.
14.5 No Refunds Policy
All transactions are final. Tap Ants does not offer refunds for:
- In-game purchases (boosts, items, eggs, or other digital goods).
- Crypto transactions involving $ANTS tokens or other supported assets.
- Any losses incurred due to chargebacks, disputes, or third-party errors.
15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
15.1 Governing Law – These Terms are governed by the laws of Panama.
15.2 Dispute Resolution – Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Panama, with each party bearing its own legal costs.
16. Termination & Account Suspension
16.1 Breach of Terms – Tap Ants may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms.
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
- Attempt to disrupt the platform or its community.

17. Force Majeure
17.1 Tap Ants is not liable for disruptions due to events beyond its control, including regulatory changes, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.
18. Updates to Terms
18.1 Tap Ants reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of Tap Ants immediately.

7. Transactions, Payments, and Security
- All credit card transactions are securely processed by Stripe or another authorized third-party payment provider. Tap Ants does not store, process, or have access to any credit card details.
- Players can purchase premium in-game items using credit cards, ANTS tokens (after TGE), or other cryptocurrencies.
- If a stolen credit card is used to purchase in-game items, the transaction is subject to fraud review by our payment processor. Tap Ants reserves the right to ban the account associated with fraudulent transactions.
- Tap Ants is not responsible for losses incurred due to incorrect wallet addresses, user error, or technical issues outside of our control (e.g., network outages, device malfunctions).
8. Responsibilities and Liabilities
- Player Responsibility: Players are responsible for safeguarding their wallet credentials, email access, and any earned or purchased rewards.
- Lost Tokens: Tap Ants is not liable for any loss of rewards or assets due to hacking, phishing, or user negligence.
- Service Interruptions: Tap Ants is not responsible for issues caused by third-party providers, network failures, or player device malfunctions.
- Account Violations: If a player is found to cheat, exploit, or manipulate the platform, Tap Ants reserves the right to withhold any airdrops, rewards, and terminate the account without notice.
9. Third-Party Links
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
